작가는 신문지를 주재료로 콜라주 하여 구상적 이미지의 조형 작업을 한다. 드로잉과 페인팅을 전혀 하지 않고도 정교한 회화적 표현으로 보일 정도까지 신문 콜라주만으로 구현해 내는 독창적인 작업이다. 아울러 포토몽타주 기법의 효과도 적극 활용하는데 신문 지면의 각종 사진이 작은 픽셀 단위가 되어 합성된 결과는 지난한 시간의 축적과 놀라운 의외성을 깨닫게 된다. 이번에도 작가는 역시 신문 콜라주로 만든 오브제와 포토몽타주의 효과를 적절히 구현한 다양한 표현을 출품했다. 그중 한 작품은 화면의 대각선 방향으로 폐지와 재활용 쓰레기 사진을 연결해놓고 힘겹게 손수레를 끄는 노인의 사진을 가운데 배치했다. 우리가 날마다 쏟아내는 엄청난 양의 쓰레기가 쌓인 장소에 ‘집중단속 지역’이라는 경고 팻말은 환경 문제를 일깨우려는 진지한 의도를 전하면서도 유머와 위트를 잊지 않음을 본다. 그림 상단에는 신문의 발행 날짜가 있다.

The artist creates figurative images using collage using newspaper as the main material. The work is created using only newspaper collage to the point where it looks like an elaborate pictorial expression without any drawing or painting. In addition, the effect of the photomontage technique is applied, and the result of combining various photos from newspaper pages into small pixel units represents overlapped time and unexpected delights. The works on display include objects made from newspaper collage and various expressions that appropriately embody the effects of photomontage. In one of them, pictures of waste paper and reusable waste are connected diagonally across the screen, and a picture of an old man struggling to pull a cart is placed in the center. The warning sign that says ‘intensive control area’ is placed where a huge amount of garbage that we pour out every day is piled up. It conveys a critical intention to call an awareness of environmental issues, yet packed with humor and wit.​​​​​​
